The Coast

Slovene coast is short, but no less interesting for that. You can take a stroll through narrow medieval streets of the towns of Piran, Koper or Izola or else along the tourist promenade of the town of Portorož. You can spoil yourself in thermal swimming pools or just swimming in the Adriatic Sea. 

You can either have a fish picnic on a boat or take the catamaran and 'fly' to Venice and back in one day. A trip to Slovene or Croatian Istria is also an interesting possibility as they are both just a stone's throw away. Numerous possibilities for recreation in, on, above and along the water await you. You are invited to visit the Coast in summer and in winter and you will not regret it.
