What can we do, if we get off the steam train on the
train station in Most na Soči?

The train station Most na Soči is located aprox. 1,5 km from the center of the town.

WALKING OR CYCLING (we offer the transport of bicycle by steam train for free!)
- Cultural and historical path (at the train station you turn left, aprox. 2 km or 30 min of walk to reach the path), leads you through three thousand years of existence of Most na Soči. The path starts in the center of the town, next to the information point (close to NKBM bank). The path leads through 22 stops, equipped with tables and glass cases with imitations of archeological finds. - Kosmačeva educational path (to reach the path, turn right at the train station), it is a well marked path, which leads the visitor from Most na Soči through interesting points to the Ciril Kosmač birth place. You can also take a ride by bicycle. In the summer time there is a possibility of swimming in the river.

SWIMMING IN THE SUMMER TIME
(at the train station you turn on right), you go to the close natural bathing-place on the confluence of Bača and Idrijca rivers.

A RIDE WITH A LUCIJA BOAT
(at the train station you turn on left, aprox. 15 min of walking), you go towards the accumulation lake of Most na Soči. Boat Lucija is almost 30 m long river boat, which works on paddle wheeler. It is similar to the steam boats navigating American rivers in the 19 century. The ride is aprox. 1 h long and is an interesting experience. RAFTING, CANYONING, HIDROSPEEDING, RIDE WITH KAYAK OR CANUE
Soča valley also offers many adrenaline sports for you to enjoy. Rafting on Soča river, canyoning on Soča river and her tributaries, kayaking or canoeing on wild water, hydro speeding or renting a bike, these are just some of the examples how to spend a action packed day in the Soča valley.
